Day on a plate with entrepreneur and nutritionist Silvia Kramska

Ever wondered what nutritionists really eat in a day? This busy entrepreneur/personal trainer/nutritionist shares her day on a plate:

MORNING:

Hot water with lemon each day

I usually fast in the morning and have long black coffee and my first meal is around 10 am if I wake up 5 am.

It depends if season but during winter I have warm oats and during summer usually smoothie.

MIDDAY:

A go-to lunch meal for me is either a salad packed with protein or a poke bowl with salmon and rice. I try and always have lunch around 1pm where possible.

EVENING:

For dinner I am very flexible and eat balanced food. Some days I have pasta as my partner is Italian and some days, I have fish with lots of greens, but I don’t limit myself to anything. I am quite active and don’t snack, so dinner is for me to enjoy.

For an after dinner snack some nights I will have some popcorn or dark chocolate.
