It does this by releasing a lot of built-up physical tension within the body. This can be as simple as a few long, deep and intentional breaths or a more intensive exercise like 'breath of fire' (short, sharp breaths in and out of the nose).
Water Workouts
Fluid Running is a fun, high energy workout that is done in a pool or in water that it at least 5ft deep. There are plenty of workouts online to choose from that range between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and combine moderate aerobic running sets with high-intensity intervals and sprints along with several other movements to challenge different muscle groups. This innovative system includes an app with how-to videos, music-backed, instructor-led audio workouts, waterproof headphones, and a flotation belt (for the deep water program). The newly introduced shallow water program does not require any equipment.
